SERVICES
Crescengrow is about building emotional resilience and inner peace with intention, rhythm, and momentum. Like a musical crescendo, personal growth doesn’t happen all at once — it starts softly and rises steadily.
Natalia guides people through this deeply personal process with compassion, clarity, and a sense of artistry — helping them transform suffering into strength and overwhelm into grounded forward motion. This is growth that swells slowly but powerfully — through guidance, reflection, and conscious practice.
Resilience Mentoring 1:1
This mentoring space is for those moments when life feels misaligned, unfair, or simply too much. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to help you return to your natural emotional state—that quiet clarity where you just know everything is okay, and where a deeper impulse begins to move you forward.
Self Love Workshop
Self-love isn’t just a concept—it’s a practice. In this workshop, we step into the Self Love Studio, a creative and nurturing space where we explore what it truly means to appreciate ourselves unconditionally. We move beyond the intellectual idea of self-love and into real, felt experiences of gentleness, kindness, and inner warmth.
Resilience Workshop
This workshop is an invitation to remember that resilience is not a trait for the few—it’s a skill available to all of us. We begin with the understanding that your natural state is one of peace and clarity. But when life throws the unexpected, we can lose touch with that center and feel a desperate urge to shift our reality back into something we can recognize.
Creativity Workshop
Creativity isn’t something you need to force—it’s something you follow. In this workshop, we explore how to allow the thread of what truly excites and inspires us, moment by moment. Your passion is not random—it’s a signal. When you give yourself permission to act on it with integrity and without attachment to the outcome, you tap into a natural flow that feels both energizing and deeply authentic.

ABOUT
Natalia Villanueva García
Some careers follow a straight line. Mine has been a symphony—composed in movements, driven by intuition, and shaped by both ambition and reinvention.
I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, into a family of entrepreneurs where dreaming was expected—but building was the real art. At 18, I left everything I knew and moved to Vienna. I didn’t speak the language. I didn’t have a plan. But I had music—and a vision I couldn’t yet explain.

Just two years later, I became a mother. While completing my studies, building an international music career, and launching my own ventures, I was also raising my son—who today continues to be one of my greatest sources of growth, reflection, and grounding.
In 2012, I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and received the mdw Recognition Award. That same year, I founded the Max Steiner Orchestra, Austria’s first symphony orchestra dedicated to film and video game music. A bold idea that captured international attention, leading to an invitation to the Cannes Film Festival in 2013.
Since then, I’ve collaborated with world-renowned artists like Hans Zimmer, Anna Netrebko, Alexandre Desplat, David Newman, Danny Elfman, James Horner, and Andrew Lloyd Webber—experiences that sharpened my ability to lead complex music productions with clarity, precision, and emotional depth.
In recognition of my creative leadership, I was honored by the President of Colombia as one of the 100 most successful Colombians abroad.
But even as I built a life at the center of the music world, I felt called to something more inward-facing. I wanted to understand what really sustains human creativity—not just on stage, but in life.
In 2018, I completed an MBA in project management at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. In 2022, I added another layer—earning an academic certificate in Spirituality in the Psychosocial Professions at Sigmund Freud University.
Since 2023, I’ve served as a faculty lecturer at MUK Music and Arts University of Vienna, guiding students in film and commercial music as they discover their own creative voices.
I also contribute to leadership and community as a board member of the Female Leaders Network at the WU Executive Academy and the Network of International Women in Austria (NIWA).
Now, I bring it all together in Crescengrow —an initiative dedicated to resilience, emotional clarity, and personal transformation. Because somewhere along the way, I realized: the real work is not just in what we create, but in how we hold ourselves through transformation.
